Bellissima! Finally a release for the new backoffice

We've been working hard over the last year to upgrade Newsletter Studio to support the new modern backoffice of Umbraco and we're very happy to announce the first release.

Yes, we know that Umbraco 14 is almost history since Umbraco 15 has been released, but our plan is to release a version for Umbraco 15 as soon as possible.

We've been doing extensive testing on both Windows, Linux and Mac.

Try it today!

Be aware that we've targeted the latest Umbraco 14-release (that is 14.3 at the time of writing) so you have to upgrade your Umbraco installation if you're on a lower version.

Then, just install using your favorite NuGet-tool:

dotnet add package NewsletterStudio --version 14.0.1

Please make sure to backup files and database before installing/upgrading to this version. If you find any issues please reach out.

List Unsubscribe headers to comply with Gmail and Yahoo

More and more recipients will mark unwanted e-mails as SPAM, lowering the reputation for sending e-mail server and making it harder for spam-filters to detect the real spam. The List-Unsubscribe header was introduced to mitigate this problem and to make it easier for recipients to unsubscribe from unwanted e-mails.

Gmail and Yahoo recently announced that they will demand big e-mail senders to include these headers in marketing emails beginning in February 2024.

In our latest release, we include native support for List-Unsubscribe headers to facilitate better deliverability.
